High-Throughput Sequencing (HTS) is becoming a more widely adopted tool in plant health diagnostics and breeding strategies by providing deeper insights. Whether you are looking to optimize breeding programs, detect pathogens, or analyze microbial communities, HTS offers scalable and dependable solutions to meet your needs. And with our recent investment in the AVITI system, we’re able to deliver these solutions much more cost-effectively.
Our HTS services address a variety of agricultural challenges. Genotyping by Amplicon Sequencing (GBAS) targets specific genetic regions to provide detailed data for breeding programs, genetic purity assessments, and quality control. GBAS allows us to run larger SNP panels and provide better data. Genotyping by Skim Sequencing (skimGBS) offers a broader genomic analysis without the need for pre-designed panels, making it ideal for genomic selection, GWAS, and purity testing for less common crops. These approaches ensure you have the data required to make informed decisions about quality, plant breeding, and related research needs.
For plant disease diagnostics, we provide Pathogen Whole Genome Sequencing, Targeted Amplicon Sequencing Panels, and Comprehensive Pathogen Detection by HTS. These services identify both known and novel pathogens and support targeted disease management strategies.
