CSP Labs’ Genotyping by Amplicon Sequencing (GBAS) offers a practical alternative. Each panel includes 50 or more informative SNP markers and can process thousands of samples in parallel.

How Our Panels Are Built
Each GBAS panel begins with the evaluation of 100–200 potential SNP markers across parental or inbred lines. From there, we select markers that are homozygous, PCR-efficient, and highly differentiable. This ensures each panel provides strong, genome-wide coverage and high discriminatory power that are designed to evolve alongside your testing goals.
Panels are available for a growing list of crops, and we also offer custom development based on your breeding lines or traits of interest.
