This Privacy Policy describes how CSP Labs collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our Services, the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information, and how you can access, update, or delete this information. We do not transfer, share, sell, rent, or disclose any customer or employee data to third parties for resale, promotional, or third party marketing purposes. Mobile numbers, mobile opt-in, and consent provided for the HR hotline are never shared with anyone for any purposes. For visitors to our website, we may provide non-person or de-identified summaries or group statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related Website information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personal information.

For employees using CSP Labs’ HR hotline service, by providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from CSP Labs, from 916-655-1581 regarding customer care. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance. We may process your data based on the following legal basis:

Although CSP Labs owns the software, code, databases, and all rights to our Services, you retain all rights to your data.
