CSP Labs Asia Adds 6 New Assays to DOA-Approved List
CSP Labs Asia has expanded the scope of its Thailand Department of Agriculture (DOA) approved testing with the addition of several molecular diagnostic assays. The updated approval includes additional qPCR and RT-qPCR methods for cucurbit and solanaceous crops, providing customers with more DOA-approved testing options for seed and plant health applications.
Newly Approved DOA Assays
The updated DOA approval includes the following molecular assays:
Cucurbits
- Acidovorax citrulli (Ac) – Seed Extract PCR (SE-PCR)
Solanaceous Crops
- Pepino mosaic virus (PepMV) – RT-qPCR
- Pepper mild mottle virus (PMMoV) – RT-qPCR
- Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) – RT-qPCR
- Tomato mosaic virus (ToMV) – RT-qPCR
- Tomato mottle mosaic virus (ToMMV) – RT-qPCR
These assays are now included within the laboratory’s DOA-approved testing scope, along with several other tests important for the solanaceous and cucurbit seed industry.
